Delete your Deshi Mate account

1. Open Deshi Mate and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, and re-enter your password (or sign in with Google again) when asked.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately: your cloud progress is erased, your sign-in account is deleted, and all data stored on the device is wiped. Any other device signed in to the account wipes itself the next time it goes online.

Send an email to [email protected] from any address, telling us the email address your Deshi Mate account is registered under.

To protect your account, we verify that the request really comes from its owner:

1. We send a confirmation email to the account's registered address containing a one-time request code.
2. Reply from that registered address, quoting the code back to us.
3. We delete the account and confirm once it's done.

Requests are processed manually. Verified requests are completed within 30 days (usually much sooner). We cannot delete an account without this verification — a request we cannot verify will not be processed, and we will tell you so.

• Your sign-in account (email or Google).
• All synced learning progress in our cloud database: profile, per-card study state, skill mastery, per-device statistics.
• Analytics data linked to your account ID (we file a deletion request with our analytics provider; anonymous, non-linked diagnostics age out under our retention settings).
• On your devices: all locally stored progress is wiped the next time the app launches and detects the account is gone.

Deletion is permanent — progress cannot be restored afterwards. No data is retained for deleted accounts beyond legally required records of the deletion request itself.
